Given it is Art Basel weekend and the air in Hong Kong seems to be filled with artistic spirit, I decided to create a mini art gallery here on my blog for the occasion. I couldn't think of a better time or a better way to showcase this beautiful limited edition nail set by Christian Louboutin. I also thought it would be a great opportunity to share my two cents on something I feel strongly about.
I'm not going to lie, I'm no photographer nor have I had any training whatsoever. I feel like art in its various forms is simply a way of expressing yourself, your ideologies and your vision. You don't need to be good at it, you just need to start doing it and let it take you on a journey. If you are ever in doubt of whether you are "good enough" to do something, I hope you can look back on this post and remember to just go with your gut, and take a leap of faith. I feel like we hold ourselves back out of fear - fear of judgement, fear of critique, fear of not being good enough. I told myself I would let that go in 2016. 'Be Brave' was one of my 2016 New Year's Resolutions and I think this is one of the first steps I've taken to reach that resolution.

Nonetheless, please enjoy the photos and I hope it inspires you to jump out of your comfort zone and try something new!
The Hawaii Kawai Limited Edition Nail Colour Coffret by Christian Louboutin
The beautiful keepsake box is adorned in tropical prints to capture the spirit of Vintage Hawaii.
Open the box and you will find three miniature nail polishes in Louboutin's signature packaging - the tall, silver cap inspired by paintbrushes and calligraphy pens.
This set contains three of the best-selling shades in the entire nail polish range:
Popi (an vibrant orange-red), Khol (a mysterious almost-black black) and Bengali (a bright and bold hot pink).
I hope you enjoyed these photos and lastly remember, "don't let your fear of what could happen make nothing happen".
With love,
